The House is set to vote as soon as Wednesday on the revised $1.9 trillion COVID-19 aid bill, with the votes expected be along party lines. CQ Roll Call’s Jennifer Shutt and David Lerman discuss the changes to the bill, the timeline for its passage and what this means for the Democrats’ fight against poverty.
